In this role, you will be the first point of contact for prospective customers reaching out via phone, providing exceptional service while actively driving sales growth. Duties Don't be late- Respond promptly and professionally to inbound calls from potential clients interested in our products or services. Qualify leads by understanding customer requirements and matching them with suitable solutions. If you do not understand this please move on. Engage in consultative conversations to identify customer needs, demonstrate product benefits, and close sales effectively. Effective means pay attention to the best sales agent in the organization and take them for lunch, ask how they do what they do. Its your future , your money, your responsiblity. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to log interactions, update customer information, and track sales progress. We can't make this any easier. Conduct warm calling to nurture existing leads and develop new business opportunities through outbound follow-up when appropriate. (very rare do we outbound call) Collaborate with marketing teams to understand current campaigns and incorporate messaging into sales conversations. DO IT! Negotiate terms with clients confidently, ensuring mutual satisfaction while achieving sales targets. (negotiate means find the problem and have them tell you the solution , the sale sold itself, well done! Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, follow-up actions, and sales activities for continuous improvement. 3 Call closers are not what we are looking for yet, sometimes that is what it takes. Skills Strong negotiation, sales, listening , problem solving skills with the ability to influence and close deals effectively and honestly. If you can not be honest and a great sales machine you are NOT that great. Proven experience in B2B sales, telemarketing, or inside sales environments. Familiarity with technology sales and technical products or services. Proficiency in CRM software such as Salesforce or similar platforms for managing customer data. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly. Ability to handle inbound (expensive) campaigns confidently while maintaining professionalism under pressure. Knowledge of marketing strategies related to lead generation and business development initiatives.
