Inside Sales Supervisor - Atlantic DivisionLabcorp is seeking a remote Inside Sales Supervisor to join our Atlantic Division!
Responsibilities:
Team Leadership & CoachingSupervise, motivate, and develop a team of inside sales representativesConduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions focused on skills, productivity, and goal attainmentLead team meetings, call reviews, and training sessionsSupport onboarding and ramp of new hiresSales Execution & Performance ManagementEnsure team meets or exceeds activity, pipeline, and revenue targetsMonitor daily performance metrics (calls, emails, meetings, conversions)Drive best practices in prospecting, qualification, and follow-upProvide real-time guidance on deal strategy and objection handling Process & OperationsEnforce and develop sales processes, playbooks, and CRM usage standardsMaintain accurate pipeline and forecasting dataIdentify process gaps and recommend improvementsPartner with Sales Operations on reporting, tools, and workflow optimizationCross-Functional CollaborationCoordinate with cross-functional partners Sales & Marketing on lead flow, campaigns, and messagingAlign with Field Sales/Account Executives on handoffs and coverageProvide feedback to leadership on market trends, customer insights, and team capacityTalent & CultureParticipate in hiring decisions and interviewsFoster a high-performance, accountability-driven team cultureManage performance issues and support improvement plans when needed
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree.3 or more years of inside sales or B2B outside sales experience.1 or more years of direct people management or team lead experience.
Additional Job Standards:
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targetsExperience using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce), sales engagement tools, and reporting dashboardsExperience supervising SDR/ISR teams in a high-volume environmentBackground in commercial operations or sales enablementExperience working with structured sales methodologiesAbout the RoleThe Inside Sales Supervisor is responsible for leading, coaching, and driving performance of the inside sales team to achieve revenue, pipeline, and activity goals. This role focuses on day-to-day execution, team development, process adherence, project management and performance management while partnering closely with Sales Management, Marketing, and Operations to ensure consistent results and scalable growth.

Application Window:
Application window will close on July 10, 2026.Pay Range $75,000 - $95,000 annually plus sales incentive.

All job offers will be based on a candidate's skills and prior relevant experience, applicable degrees/certifications, as well as internal equity and market data. The position is also eligible for bonus and/or commissions under the applicable variable compensation plan. Bonus/commissions are earned based on achievement of performance metrics under the plan.

Employees regularly scheduled to work 20 or more hours per week are eligible for comprehensive benefits including: Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, STD/LTD, 401(k), Paid Time Off (PTO) or Flexible Time Off (FTO), Tuition Reimbursement and Employee Stock Purchase Plan. Employees regularly scheduled to work less than 20 hours, Casual, Intern, and Temporary employees are only eligible to participate in the 401(k) Plan. Employees who are regularly scheduled to work a 7 on/7 off schedule are eligible to receive all the foregoing benefits except PTO or FTO.
