Job Description
We are looking for 2nd career professionals who are driven & take initiative, to be trained in our Broker Training Program where they will partake in our business development activities. If selected we provide a part-time path through state licensing and career training to eventually have the career potential to operate one's own branch. With a focus on career advancement, you will be involved in client acquisition, agent training and all around operations for you to have the long term option of running your own branch office. The goal is to steadily forge long-term relationships to secure the company's revenues and growth. Responsibilities Cultivate trust with potential clients and agents Develop skills as a sales leader to run an effective insurance agency Collaborate with clients to introduce them with befitting risk management strategies Submit regular reviews of progress to interested parties Oversee insurance claims to ensure fair dealing and satisfaction Accomplish predetermined development goals by obtaining new clients Learn to train, license and develop agents Skills Proven experience working with people Must be willing to obtain a state insurance license (approx. $300 in Texas) Basic understanding of computers Results-driven Demonstrated ability to present (teaching skill is a plus) Experience in delivering client-focused solutions and in creating long-lasting relationships Good at leadership development

$3,750.00 - $13,600.00 per month
