Duties Engage with potential clients through outside sales efforts, including telemarketing and retail sales approaches, to promote insurance products Conduct thorough analysis of client needs to recommend suitable insurance policies and coverage options Negotiate terms and premiums with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that meet their expectations Manage sales administration tasks such as processing applications, updating customer records, and maintaining accurate documentation Provide exceptional customer service by answering inquiries, explaining policy details clearly, and guiding clients through the sales process Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that attract new clients and retain existing ones Support benefits administration processes by assisting clients with policy changes and claims inquiries while ensuring compliance with privacy regulations such as HIPAA Qualifications Proven experience or interest in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing environments Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages; bilingual proficiency is highly valued Demonstrated analysis skills to assess client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions Familiarity with sales administration tasks and customer service practices within the insurance sector Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting while managing multiple client interactions simultaneously Knowledge of marketing techniques and benefits administration processes is a plus Multilingual capabilities enhance your ability to connect with diverse client bases and expand outreach efforts Embark on an exciting journey where your proactive approach and energetic attitude will make a meaningful impact!
