- Licensing Coordinator (Hybrid Opportunity) We are currently looking for a motivated, organized, and people-oriented Licensing Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys helping others stay accountable, communicating with new agents, and being part of a fast-growing business environment.
Responsibilities:
Assist new agents with getting started on their Florida insurance licensing process Stay in communication with agents regarding their studying progress Provide guidance, encouragement, and support throughout the licensing process Help agents stay on track and accountable with exam preparation Once agents pass their exam, obtain and process their license online Upload licensing information into company software for carrier contracting
Requirements:
Must be licensed with the State of Florida (or willing to obtain licensing) Strong communication and follow-up skills Organized and dependable Positive attitude and leadership mentality Comfortable working with people and providing support
Compensation:
Performance-based pay structure Opportunity for additional commission income on the side Growth opportunities available within the company
