Job Description

Market Partner Chantilly, VA 20153 Hybrid work Full-time Full-time This is a strong opportunity for someone who is ready to take the next step into market leadership, own the growth of a location, and help build a high-performing team from the ground up. The Market Partner will be responsible for driving sales performance, developing and supporting the team, creating accountability in the field, and helping establish strong momentum in the Chantilly market.
This role includes:
Leading market-level sales performance and team development Recruiting, training, and supporting sales representatives Driving accountability around lead generation, inspections, claims, approvals, and production Supporting customer experience and operational follow-through Building a strong local team culture and market presence The compensation package includes a base salary, vehicle allowance, benefits eligibility, PTO, 401(k) eligibility, and commission opportunities tied to market performance and personal sales.
