Compensation:
$50,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonuses (OTE $120,000+) Are You a Closer? We're seeking a high-performing sales professional who thrives in emotionally charged, high-stakes conversations and knows how to guide people toward making important decisions. Legal experience is not required . We're specifically interested in proven B2C closers from high-ticket sales environments such as: Rehab admissions Luxury automotive sales Real estate Financial services Home improvement Other consultative, commission-driven industries If you're motivated by helping people, enjoy winning business, and have a track record of converting qualified opportunities, we want to hear from you. What You'll DoConsultations & Closing Handle inbound calls from prospective clients and their families. Lead sensitive, high-stakes conversations with confidence, empathy, and professionalism. Drive consultations toward a decision and pursue one-call closes whenever appropriate. High-Volume Sales Execution Manage a busy pipeline of inbound opportunities. Maintain urgency, focus, and consistency across every interaction. Prioritize high-value opportunities and maximize conversion rates. Follow-Up & Conversion Relentlessly follow up with qualified leads who have not yet retained the firm. Understand that persistence, responsiveness, and timing are often the difference between winning and losing business. Client Education & Guidance Clearly explain the firm's services, value proposition, and process. Help prospective clients feel informed, comfortable, and confident moving forward. Objection Handling Navigate objections related to cost, timing, uncertainty, or the need to consult with others. Maintain control of conversations while building trust and rapport. CRM & Pipeline Management Maintain accurate records and activity tracking within the CRM system (Lawmatics and related tools). Ensure all opportunities are documented and properly managed. Extended Coverage Client needs don't always happen during traditional business hours. Be willing to respond to critical, time-sensitive inquiries during evenings and weekends when necessary. Demonstrate a strong sense of ownership and urgency around capturing opportunities. Team Collaboration Work closely with leadership to improve performance, optimize processes, and deliver an exceptional client experience. What We're Looking ForProven Sales Success 5-10+ years of successful sales experience. Strong background in commission-based or incentive-driven environments. Demonstrated history of closing business and exceeding goals. Closer Mentality Comfortable asking for the sale. Strong instincts around timing, urgency, and conversion. Driven by results and accountability. Emotional Intelligence Ability to build trust quickly with people experiencing stressful situations. Skilled at listening, understanding concerns, and guiding conversations toward action. Resilience & Hustle Persistent, proactive, and highly responsive. Treats every opportunity as important. Doesn't give up after the first "no." Professionalism + Street Smarts Polished enough to represent a professional law firm. Adaptable enough to connect with people from all walks of life. Communication Skills Strong verbal communication skills. Ability to lead conversations, handle objections, and influence outcomes. CRM & Organization Comfortable managing a pipeline and tracking activity through CRM systems. Highly organized and detail-oriented. Integrity High ethical standards and sound judgment. Comfortable working in a professional legal environment where trust and discretion are critical.
