Team Lead - Cleaning & Scheduling (Sales & Leadership Focus) Christian Cleaning & Restoration Wichita, KS | Full-Time Christian Cleaning & Restoration is a fast-growing, family-owned cleaning and restoration company based in Wichita, Kansas. Over the last few years, we've doubled our growth each year — and we're just getting started. We are looking for a high-capacity, people-focused Team Lead who can take ownership of one of the most important parts of our business: Running estimates and turning them into booked jobs This is not just a cleaning role — this is a frontline, revenue-driving leadership position . Key Responsibilities Estimates & Sales (Primary Focus) Run free 10-minute in-person estimates for cleaning services Clearly communicate value and pricing to clients Follow up on pending quotes Convert estimates into booked jobs Represent the company with confidence and professionalism Leadership & Training Learn and master our cleaning systems Train new cleaners and help them succeed Lead by example on job sites Help develop future team leads as we grow Customer Communication Answer incoming phone calls Respond to emails and client inquiries Provide a professional, friendly customer experience Scheduling & Operations Schedule jobs and assign team members Help manage recurring client schedules Keep daily operations organized and efficient Who We're Looking For This role is ideal for someone who: Is confident talking with customers Has natural sales ability (even if informal) Is organized and dependable Can handle multiple responsibilities Takes initiative and ownership Wants to grow into leadership Experience in sales, estimating, customer service, or leadership is a strong plus — but we can train the right person.
