Key responsibilities include:
Participating in ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development programs Conducting virtual consultations with prospective clients using video conferencing tools Meeting activity and sales performance targets in a remote setting Following structured sales processes and scripts to ensure consistent client engagement Maintaining a professional home workspace and reliable technology setup for remote sales calls
Requirements Required Qualifications:
Ability to use Zoom or similar video conferencing tools for virtual client consultations Willingness to follow a structured, coached sales system English proficiency suitable for client conversations Authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Located and authorized to work in one of the eligible hiring states Willingness to work evenings and weekends as needed Reliable internet and phone service for remote sales calls Professional home workspace suitable for video-based consultations
