At least 18 years of age with high school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience (college degree preferred) 2+ years of proven leadership experience, including performance management and team development, in retail, sales, service, or photography Ability to work a varied schedule, including days, evenings, holidays, and weekends Ability to quickly develop rapport with children and adults Strong math and intermediate computer skills

Job Description:

The Studio Manager leads the day-to-day operations of a portrait photography studio, inspiring a high-performing team while providing an excellent customer experience Deliver remarkable customer service throughout the photographic, sale, and delivery journey Execute established procedures for scheduling, hiring, training, selling, and photography Lead, coach, and develop Studio Team Members Drive results in sales performance and customer satisfaction

Hourly Pay Rate:
