The ideal candidate will possess a positive, "can do" attitude! Must be a multi-tasker who is proficient in Microsoft applications and has great communication skills. This is a career position with potential advancement opportunities as well as un-capped income earning opportunities.
SUMMARY OF JOB
Lead Management:
Promptly respond to online inquiries via phone, text, email, and personalized video.
CRM Usage:
Track customer interactions and sales metrics utilizing customer relationship management (CRM) tool (CDK/Elead).
Consultative Sales:
Build rapport, identify customer needs, and assist buyer's from initial contact to delivery.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Tech Savviness:
Strong proficiency with digital platforms, CRM software, and communication tools.
Time Management:
Ability to handle multiple priorities and follow up with leads in a fast-paced environment.
Communication:
