Job Description

Job Description Overview:
A large financial institution is seeking an RFP Support Coordinator to serve as the primary technical expert for the Qvidian platform. This individual will partner closely with the sales team to support the end-to-end RFP process, ensuring high-quality, timely proposal submissions in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Act as the primary technical support resource for the Qvidian platform, including troubleshooting and system administration Support the creation, editing, and submission of RFP responses using Qvidian Manage and maintain content libraries, templates, and system configurations within the platform Partner closely with the sales team to drive RFPs to completion, functioning similarly to a project manager Coordinate across stakeholders to gather content, ensure accuracy, and meet strict deadlines Provide cross-training and guidance to team members to enhance platform usage and efficiency Ensure all submissions meet quality standards and are delivered on time We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
