This role serves as the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, handling inbound calls, answering questions, resolving concerns, and helping customers select the services that best meet their needs. A key responsibility of this position is converting inbound inquiries into sales by confidently guiding customers through the decision-making process, overcoming objections, and closing service agreements. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys helping people, is comfortable discussing pricing and service options, and can ask strategic follow-up questions to uncover customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Previous inbound sales experience is preferred but not required; we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates strong communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and a desire to achieve sales goals. This position offers base pay plus competitive commission. Duties Answer inbound phone calls from prospective and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner. Build rapport with customers and create a positive customer experience during every interaction. Ask thoughtful follow-up questions to understand customer concerns, needs, and service expectations. Educate customers on Moxie's services, treatment plans, and service benefits. Clearly explain pricing, promotions, and service options while helping customers make informed decisions. Convert inbound inquiries into scheduled service appointments and new customer sales opportunities. Manage customer accounts, including scheduling, rescheduling, and updating account information. Resolve customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner. Accurately document customer interactions and maintain detailed records within company systems. Follow established call handling, sales, and customer service procedures. Collaborate with operations and field teams to ensure customer needs are met. Meet individual and team performance goals related to customer satisfaction, call quality, and sales performance. Maintain a positive, professional attitude while handling a high volume of calls and inquiries. Stay knowledgeable about company services, policies, and seasonal offerings. Convert inbound inquiries into new customer sales by confidently presenting service options and asking for the sale. Meet or exceed established sales, conversion, and customer satisfaction goals. Identify customer needs through effective questioning and recommend the most appropriate services and treatment plans. Address customer concerns and objections while highlighting the value of Moxie's services. Clearly explain pricing, promotions, and service agreements to help customers make informed purchasing decisions. Follow up on qualified leads and opportunities as needed to maximize sales conversions. Requirements Proven experience in call center roles, customer support, or sales environments; prior outbound calling experience is advantageous. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on clarity, professionalism, and active listening. Excellent data entry skills with high accuracy and typing speed. Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure. Knowledge of call etiquette standards and customer service best practices. Analytical skills to assess customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions. Basic computer skills including navigating various software platforms effectively.
