WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Rental Operations Support position is responsible for providing administrative support to the Rental Store staff members, including coordination of rental documentation and personnel related issues with the Renal Branch Manager and Supervisors. Performs data entry for work orders, directs communications (email, phone, radio, etc.) and supports all areas of the operations as needed. Will interact with internal and external resources to support efficient service operations related to scheduling, billing, warranty, and department operating processes.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordinate internal documentation with various departments. Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.) Prepare & distribute reports or analysis to departments/supervisors for assigned operational unit. Perform data entry for assigned operational unit. Tracks stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary. Assist colleagues when necessary. Review and process warranty documentation for assigned operational unit. Requires frequent hand use for typing, operating the phone, handling materials, and other job-related tasks May work in situations where hazards may be present Other duties as assigned

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
High School Diploma (or equivalent) required and three or more years of relevant office experience desired.
KNOWLEDGE, TECHNICAL SKILL, & ABILITIES
Able to use standard office equipment: computers, calculators, printers, copiers and fax. Proficient in the use of basic Microsoft applications, Lotus Notes, Web-browsers, and must be able to develop functional ability in the use of proprietary software. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Able to communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, vendors and managers. Demonstrate ability to function efficiently in a team-oriented, collaborative environment. Demonstrate a sense of urgency and self-initiative, and the personal drive to succeed. Maintain a good attendance record.
