401K and ROTH Employee Discounts Role Responsibilities Provide leadership and support to the sales team to ensure a customerfocused, profitable buying experience, while contributing individually and collaboratively to the entire department's continued growth. Hire, train, and inspire sales staff while setting clear objectives for sales performance and profitability. Collaborate with the Used Car Director to develop the team and drive departmental growth. Build strong customer relationships and clearly communicate vehicle options and pricing. Analyze market data and sales reports to identify opportunities, address performance gaps, and drive results. Contribute to the development of sales strategies and campaigns that support dealership objectives. Employee Prerequisites Advanced automotive sales management knowledge. Must have 3-5 years of experience. Pay is based on expertise. Excellent verbal and written communication skills Knowledge of automotive software is a bonus.
