We don't just sell motorcycles — we introduce people to a lifestyle. The Opportunity We are looking for a motivated, organized, and customer-focused Internet Salesperson to join our sales team. This is not a floor sales role — it is a dedicated internet lead position focused on speed, follow-up, and appointment setting. You will be the first point of contact for customers who reach out online, and your job is to convert that digital interest into a showroom visit. You will work directly alongside our Internet Sales Manager, supporting a high-volume lead pipeline and playing a critical role in driving monthly deliveries. What You'll Do Respond to inbound internet leads promptly and professionally Engage customers via phone, text, and email to build rapport and set appointments Log all activity accurately in our CRM system Coordinate with the Internet Sales Manager to ensure seamless handoff from lead to appointment to delivery Follow up consistently with prospects throughout the buying process Represent the Texas Harley-Davidson brand with professionalism at every touchpoint What We're Looking For Prior experience in sales, customer service, or a customer-facing role preferred Strong communication skills — comfortable on the phone and in writing Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple leads simultaneously A competitive mindset and a genuine desire to perform CRM experience is a plus but not required — we will train the right person Passion for motorcycles or the Harley-Davidson brand is a bonus, not a requirement Compensation & Benefits $17.00-$18.00/hour base — full-time, 40 hours per week Performance-based spiff structure with earning potential tied to appointments and deliveries Monthly unit bonuses for top performers Health benefits available Paid time off Employee discounts on motorcycles, parts, and gear A culture that rewards effort and results Why Texas Harley-Davidson We invest in our team members.
