We offer custom jewelry services, gold buying and selling, and flexible financing options. With established locations in McAllen and Houston, we are expanding and looking for a strong leader to join our team. Position Summary We are seeking an experienced and motivated Jewelry Store Supervisor to oversee daily store operations, lead and develop staff, ensure exceptional customer service, and drive sales performance. This is a hands-on leadership role in a fast-paced retail jewelry environment. Key Responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily store operations and staff activities Train, coach, and develop sales associates and customer service representatives Deliver and maintain high standards of customer service; resolve customer concerns professionally Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed revenue goals Oversee inventory management of gold and silver merchandise Ensure compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and security standards Coordinate with the custom jewelry manufacturing team Manage employee scheduling, time-off requests, and performance evaluations Process gold buying and selling transactions with accurate recordkeeping Handle cash management, POS transactions, and end-of-day closing procedures Required Qualifications Minimum 1 year of retail management or supervisory experience (jewelry industry preferred) Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills Excellent customer service and communication abilities Bilingual in English and Spanish (required) Proven ability to meet sales goals and drive team performance Experience with cash handling and POS systems Reliable, punctual, and professional Must pass a background check Preferred Qualifications Knowledge of gold, silver, and fine jewelry products Experience with financing programs such as Acima, Progressive, Snap Finance, or Affirm Familiarity with custom jewelry or manufacturing processes Experience managing or supporting multiple locations What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Commission and bonus opportunities Employee discounts Growth opportunities within a rapidly expanding company
