Frequent travel between locations throughout the DFW Metroplex About the Role We are seeking a motivated, energetic, and highly organized Area Director to support and strengthen operations across seven spa locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. This is a hands-on leadership role focused on sales training, customer service excellence, operational support, and location coverage as needed. The ideal candidate is a reliable self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys developing teams, and is passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences. This individual will work closely with location managers and staff to drive sales performance, maintain service standards, and support daily operations across multiple locations. Key Responsibilities Provide leadership and operational support for seven spa locations throughout the DFW market. Train, coach, and develop spa managers and front desk teams on sales strategies, membership growth, customer retention, and service excellence. Monitor sales performance and implement action plans to achieve revenue and membership goals. Assist with staffing coverage and operational support when locations experience scheduling gaps or increased business demands. Conduct regular site visits to ensure consistency in customer service, operational procedures, and company standards. Analyze performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement. Support recruiting, onboarding, and ongoing employee development initiatives. Partner with leadership to execute company initiatives and drive business growth. Serve as a resource for managers and team members by providing guidance, coaching, and problem-solving support. Help maintain a positive, professional, and customer-focused culture across all locations. Qualifications Minimum of 3 years of multi-location management, district management, or area leadership experience. Proven success in sales leadership, sales training, and performance coaching. Spa, wellness, beauty, hospitality, fitness, or related service-industry experience required. Strong customer service background with a passion for creating exceptional guest experiences. Ability to travel regularly between locations throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment. Experience analyzing sales reports and using performance metrics to drive results.
