Job Description
The Implementation Manager is responsible for overseeing the successful sales implementation of onboarding new businesses. They work closely with the sales team, as well as the customer, to create a specific implementation plan for each specific deal they are engaged in. This will also include customization of plans based on specific requirements from different Inovar operating locations. Upon completion, the implementation manager will present a plan to the customer, host weekly status updates calls with internal Inovar stakeholders and the customer to ensure milestones are being completed. In the event that milestones are not being met, the implementation manager will work with sales and sales management to determine the best way to communicate to clients. Once the go live date is achieved, the implementation manager will move on to the next client.
This role will work to provide a smooth process for billing on intercompany work that is part of the onboarding process. They will work with accounting, sales and customer service to ensure that the billing process is smooth and meets customer expectations. This role will continue to work as primary sales contact for Corning and other assigned accounts. This role will provide intercompany sales support, and work with offsite reps to ensure successful project management on deals that do not require formal implementation process and are being produced in the Dallas facility. The ideal candidate has a strong understanding of sales methodologies, experience with CRM systems, and excellent project management skills. They are able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work well in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Additionally, they have strong communication skills and are able to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Additionally:
This role will be responsible for getting Siteline stood up and running in Dallas, Newburyport, and another site. Siteline will be an integral part of implementation on new and existing customers.This role will work to provide a smooth process for billing on intercompany work that is part of the onboarding process.
