Drive effective sales strategies to meet and exceed targets Conduct joint fieldwork sessions on sales techniques, product knowledge, negotiation skills, and customer service best practices Foster strong relationships with local businesses through excellent communication skills, multilingual support if applicable, and personalized service Collaborate with Sales Leadership to promote products and services effectively in the community Support benefits administration processes by ensuring ease of enrollment and product knowledge Experience Previous experience in outside sales, retail sales, or telemarketing is preferred but not mandatory; we are willing to train motivated candidates Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals confidently Excellent communication skills in multiple languages (bilingual abilities are a plus) Demonstrated analysis skills for evaluating sales data and market trends Familiarity with sales administration tools and customer relationship management (CRM) systems Knowledge of insurance sales or benefits administration is advantageous but not required Ability to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining professionalism in fast-paced environments Join us today to grow your career in a supportive setting that values your potential!
