• 110,000 DOE + Comprehensive Benefits + Profit Sharing + Ownership Potential Snelling Staffing is currently recruiting for an experienced Commercial Lines Agency Manager on behalf of a respected and growing insurance organization in Lubbock, Texas.

POSITION OVERVIEW

The Commercial Lines Agency Manager will oversee daily operations of the commercial insurance division while ensuring exceptional customer service, policy retention, staff leadership, and continued growth. This individual will serve as a key leader within the organization and collaborate closely with internal teams across multiple office locations. ________________________________________

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• L ead and manage daily commercial lines agency operations
• Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with business clients
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, retention, and service excellence
• Supervise and support office staff, workflow, and operational efficiency
• Assist with strategic planning and agency growth initiatives
• Review policies, renewals, coverage changes, and client needs
• Utilize agency management software and technology platforms effectively
• Travel periodically to additional office locations for meetings and collaboration
• Stay current on insurance regulations, market changes, and industry trends
• Promote a positive, solutions-focused team culture ________________________________________

QUALIFICATIONS

Required Qualifications

• A ctive Property & Casualty Insurance License
• Strong background in Commercial Lines Insurance
• Previous leadership or management experience within an insurance agency environment
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities
• Self-directed with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities Preferred Qualifications
• H ealth & Life Insurance License
• Experience with Vertafore AMS360 or similar agency management systems
• Bilingual English/Spanish abilities
• Comfortable learning and adapting to new technologies and systems ________________________________________
