Sales Administrator (Manufacturing | ERP Experience Required)

Pearland, TX (On‑site) About the
Role:
We are seeking a highly organized Sales Administrator to support quoting, order processing, customer communication, and ERP data entry. Must have experience with SAP Business ByDesign or similar ERP systems.
Responsibilities:
Prepare quotes, sales orders, and invoices Manage customer files and documentation Enter and update orders in SAP ByDesign Communicate daily with customers and production Track payments and assist with collections Provide weekly sales reports
Requirements:
3+ years in sales support or order administration ERP experience required (SAP ByDesign preferred) Strong communication and organizational skills Manufacturing experience a plus
Pay:
$45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
