Working closely with both the Service and Sales teams, this position bridges the gap between departments to ensure a seamless process for customers looking to trade, purchase, or lease a new vehicle. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Proactively engage customers in the service drive to discuss vehicle needs and potential upgrade options.
  • Conduct trade appraisals and present purchase, finance, or lease opportunities in coordination with the Sales Manager.
  • Collaborate with service advisors and the sales team to maintain a consistent, customer-focused handoff process.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, appraisals, and conversions within the CRM system.
  • Stay informed on current models, programs, and incentives to provide customers with the most up-to-date information.
  • Deliver exceptional service and follow-up to promote long-term loyalty and repeat business.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience in automotive sales, customer relations, or service operations preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional, consultative approach.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems and dealership processes.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.
