Salary Range:

Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies to launch and grow your own Farmers Insurance agency Lead and build your own high-performing sales team Generate new business through networking, marketing, and community involvement Develop and maintain long-term client relationships by providing exceptional service Offer tailored insurance solutions across multiple lines (auto, home, life, commercial, etc.) Oversee daily operations, sales planning, and performance metrics for continued growth Engage in ongoing training and professional development through Farmers industry-leading programs About Us The success of an Agency at Farmers Insurance relies heavily on the support of the District Team.
