Entry Level AT&T Sales Responsibilities:

Work closely with customers to manage their accounts in detail and support them in the service they are seeking for new telecommunication products Develop and execute sales strategies to increase brand awareness and services to customers Proactively identify customers needs and offer tailored customized solutions, while building value in the products and services we offer Service as the main point of contact for customers and their leading account manager on service inquiries and questions Maintain up-to-date customer records and sales transactions Connect with other team members to continuously train on new products available to increase skills and knowledge in this role

Entry Level AT&T Sales Qualifications:

Is fluent in English and Spanish Experience in an account manager, sales, customer service, similar role Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with team members and customers Strong motivation and a results-driven mindset Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks at a time
