Regular hours are 3 PM-9 PM, with opportunities for additional hours. Our customers entrust their facility's cleaning needs to their local cleaning company to maintain their facility's pristine condition through various services, including essential janitorial services, sanitization, disinfection, and other specialized services based on their needs. Description On-Site Lead Position Available We are looking for a dependable On-Site Lead to help manage daily operations, provide coverage when needed, and enforce company policies. Schedule:

Regular shift: 3:00 PM - 9:00 PM Additional hours may be required when providing coverage

Responsibilities:

Provide coverage at different sites when needed Supervise and manage employees Enforce company policies and standards Create and follow checklists to ensure quality and efficiency Build and maintain strong customer relationships Adapt to changes and help lead the team through growth Be available to travel when necessary
