As we continue to grow, we are looking for a New Car Director to lead our Genesis sales team to the next level. The Opportunity As the New Car Director , you will oversee new car sales operations , ensuring we achieve sales effectiveness according to Genesis manufacturer standards. You will lead a team of 6-8 , drive sales volume, optimize inventory, and build a strong, high-performing sales culture. Key Responsibilities ✅ Sales Growth & Effectiveness
  • Increase new car sales to meet and exceed manufacturer sales effectiveness targets. ✅ Inventory Management
  • Handle all ordering and allocation for new car inventory, ensuring an optimal mix. ✅ Pricing & Incentives
  • Develop pricing strategies and incentive programs to maximize sales and gross profit. ✅ Team Leadership & Training
  • Coach, mentor, and develop the sales team, ensuring accountability and performance. ✅ Customer Experience
  • Maintain high CSI (Customer Satisfaction Index) scores through a customer-first approach. ✅ Process Optimization
  • Implement and refine CRM best practices (Eleads) to enhance the sales process. What We're Looking For Experience
  • At least 2 years managing a team of similar size in a dealership setting. Industry Knowledge
  • Familiarity with the Genesis brand and the luxury auto industry. Leadership Skills
  • Proven ability to motivate, train, and develop a high-performing team. Negotiation & Sales Expertise
  • Strong understanding of pricing strategies, customer engagement, and closing deals . Tech-Savvy
  • Experience with CRM systems (Eleads) and inventory management tools.
