Our Young Truck and Trailer store in Kaysville is seeking a Warranty Administrator / Service Administrative Assistant to support our service department by managing and processing warranty claims accurately and efficiently. This role plays an important part in delivering an exceptional customer experience by ensuring warranty claims are properly verified, submitted, and tracked for timely reimbursement. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, organized, and capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment while supporting daily service operations. This is a great opportunity for someone with strong administrative skills and knowledge of automotive or trucking warranty processes who is looking to grow within a dynamic dealership team. 1 Responsibilities Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external customers Process and submit warranty claims accurately and in a timely manner Maintain warranty documentation service records and manufacturer compliance Reconcile warranty payments resubmit rejected claims and follow up on outstanding balances Coordinate warranty parts returns shipping and tracking with manufacturers Stay up to date on factory recalls bulletins and required manufacturer training Assist with body shop warranty claims and support department operations as needed Ensure processes are followed to maintain accurate and reliable data Maintain a professional appearance organized workspace and dependable attendance Perform additional administrative and support duties as assigned Qualifications You must have a history of successful employment with excellent attendance and punctuality Prior experience in the automotive industry is a huge plus Knowledge of ADP and Excel is a huge plus A desire to learn and grow with a great company A valid Driver's License and good driving record Must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check
