Job Description

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone early in their career who wants to gain hands-on experience in sales support, operations, and business coordination. In this role, you will be a key part of the sales team—helping keep things organized, supporting day-to-day processes, and ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. You will build valuable skills working with data, systems, and cross-functional teams while making a direct impact on the company's success. This is an on-site position based at our Ashburn, VA corporate office. Responsibilities Support the sales team with day-to-day tasks like preparing reports and tracking sales activity Help process sales orders to ensure they're accurate and completed on time Keep customer and sales records up to date in our systems Learn and use CRM tools to pull reports and support business decisions Assist with generating quotes for products and services Partner with teams like purchasing and accounting to resolve order issues or returns Research potential business opportunities and help compile reports for the sales team Communicate clearly with team members and occasionally with customers Stay organized, manage your workload, and proactively ask questions as you learn Contribute to a collaborative, team-oriented environment Qualifications / Skills / Knowledge High school diploma or GED required 0-2 years of experience (internships or part-time experience welcome!) Interest in sales, business operations, or administrative support Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Willingness to learn new systems and tools Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment What Sets You Apart Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Interest in developing a career in sales or business operations Who We Are DSI Tech is a Cisco Partner, generating over $228 million in revenue annually.
