Job Description

JOB DETAILS
First shift, Monday
  • Friday 7:00 am

RESPONSIBILITIES
Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service Greet and assist customers in a polite and timely manner Knowledge of the full range of products and services Meet department's sales goals consistently Exceed customer expectations, gain trust, and build loyalty to drive sales Actively seek out customers on the sales floor and throughout the store Remain informed on company updates and policies to provide accurate information to customers Stay informed on upcoming and current promotions, discounts, and sales
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Strong communication and collaboration skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Basic understanding of sales principles Previous customer service or sales experience is preferred May need to stand for long periods Remain polite and attentive in any given situation Surge hires for a variety of top jobs in the area.
