The Opportunity:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Manager, Sales (B2C) to lead and develop our residential Field Sales organization across expanding fiber markets. This role will focus on driving B2C customer acquisition through local market engagement, field sales execution, and community-based initiatives designed to increase market penetration and brand awareness. The Manager will oversee a team of Field Sales Representatives, ensuring consistent execution, strong customer experience, and alignment with company sales objectives. This leader will play a key role in supporting growth across both early growth and mature markets while strengthening All Points Broadband's presence within the communities we serve. We are looking for a leader who brings curiosity, adaptability, and a growth mindset to the role. Success in this position requires more than managing activity and reporting performance; it requires the ability to motivate teams, identify opportunities, adapt strategies across varying markets, and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of B2C Field Sales Representatives, ensuring performance aligns with customer acquisition and market penetration goals. Foster a high-energy, accountable team culture centered on coaching and continuous improvement. Proactively bring forward market insights, customer feedback, and field-driven ideas to improve sales effectiveness. Adapt sales strategies and field execution approaches based on local market dynamics. Collaboratively develop and execute quarterly local sales strategies aligned to early growth and mature market opportunities. Coordinate field sales deployment and territory coverage to maximize market presence and revenue opportunity across expanding service areas. Partner cross-functionally with Field Operations, Construction, Support, and Marketing teams to improve execution and speed to revenue. Oversee field sales activities, ensuring teams actively build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through door-to-door engagement, local events, and customer follow-up initiatives. Analyze sales performance, market trends, and territory effectiveness to improve field execution. Support local market visibility efforts through community engagement, canvassing activity, signage placement, and neighborhood outreach initiatives. Hold teams accountable to activity, customer acquisition, and market penetration goals while maintaining a strong customer experience focus.Required Skills and Experience:
Minimum 5 years' experience leading a sales team and implementing sales strategies and activities. Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage a sales team, with a track record of driving performance and meeting objectives. Experience leading B2C field sales teams across geographically dispersed markets preferred. Expertise in blending local sales efforts with broader marketing strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach that maximizes both sales and brand visibility. Ability to foster relationships with local communities, customers, and internal stakeholders, building a strong local presence for the brand. Strong ability to use data and market insights to make informed decisions, adjust strategies, and continuously improve sales and marketing initiatives. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and adjusting strategies to meet market demands. Ability to travel to the communities we serve as needed. Must be able to pass pre-employment background and driving check.Education:
