Rental Car Manager

Duties Lead and motivate the rental team to achieve sales goals while delivering outstanding customer service. Oversee daily operations including vehicle inventory management, maintenance scheduling, and fleet control. Manage administrative tasks such as data entry, record keeping, and reporting using Microsoft Word and Excel. Handle customer inquiries via phone etiquette, resolve issues promptly, and ensure satisfaction at the front desk. Requirements Proven experience in sales management, retail sales, or automotive rental operations. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, including bilingual or multilingual abilities preferred for diverse customer interactions. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, data entry, and inventory control systems. Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette. Administrative experience with record keeping, marketing initiatives, and public speaking opportunities.
