About the Role HighCraft Cabinets is a growing custom cabinetry manufacturer serving residential and commercial customers throughout the Pacific Northwest. We are seeking an experienced Sales Administrator to provide high-level support to our sales department and ensure a smooth transition of projects from initial inquiry through a clean handoff to production. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys coordinating multiple priorities and has a strong background in logistics, technical products and sales operations. The Sales Administrator serves as the central support resource for a five-person sales team, supporting customer communication, lead management, and cross-department coordination with sales, engineering, production, purchasing and shipping. Key Responsibilities Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support for a five-person sales team. Ensure sales standards are followed for accurate quotes, proposals, work orders, and CRM data integrity. Coordinate information flow between sales, engineering, production, purchasing and shipping teams. Manage, qualify, and distribute incoming sales leads across the sales team. Track and report on the sales team and individual performance metrics. Support customer communication related to deposits and final payments in coordination with finance. Facilitate customer issue resolution directly or in coordination with sales representatives. Coordinate offsite sales activities such as trade shows, home shows, and industry events. Review sales documentation for accuracy and completeness. Ensure process compliance and identify improvements to sales processes. Provide reporting and administrative support to management as needed. Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer and company information. Qualifications 5+ years of experience in sales administration, sales operations, customer service, logistics, project coordination, or a related field. Strong logistics and technical background with the ability to understand complex products and processes. Experience supporting multiple sales representatives in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time-management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. High attention to detail and ability to prioritize competing demands. Proficiency with Google Suite, especially Google Sheets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively across departments. On-site availability in Ferndale, WA. Preferred Experience Cabinetry, millwork, woodworking, furniture, or building products manufacturing. Familiarity with estimating, quoting, and project documentation. Generally 7:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
