Digital Front:

Lead and manage the comprehensive internet sales operations for Ford of Kirkland. Coach for

Greatness:

Train and mentor team members on elite phone skills, CRM best practices, and high-impact process execution. Drive the

Deal:

Prep, negotiate, and desk transactions to keep the momentum moving. Master the

CRM:

Monitor and optimize DriveCentric processes to ensure flawless lead management.

Data-Driven Leadership:

Evaluate lead sources, conversion rates, and productivity to pivot and improve in real-time.

Strategic Collaboration:

Work in lockstep with Sales Managers to synchronize appointments, follow-ups, and closing strategies.

Talent Development:

Lead the hiring, onboarding, and professional growth of our internet/BDC staff. Internet Director Qualifications The Track Record:

Minimum 3 years as a Sales Manager or 2+ years as an Internet Director.

The Tech Stack:

2+ years of mandatory experience with CDK and DriveCentric.

The Mindset:

A proven history of appointment-driven performance and digital retail strategy.

The Skillset:

Exceptional communication skills and the ability to motivate a team in a high-octane environment.

Corporate requirements:
