Position Summary :
Associated Bag is looking to bring on a dynamic Inside Sales Supervisor to coach and support our inside sales team in delivering exceptional service and driving account growth. In this role, this individual will mentor reps on sales techniques, product knowledge, and account management, while also tracking performance and identifying new growth opportunities. They will play a key role in creating a positive, collaborative team environment and aligning sales strategies with company goals.
Responsibilities:
Directly supervises employees in the sales department. Accurately assess Sales Representatives' performance using tools such as telephone monitoring, email review, quoting accuracy, and sales reports. Develop strong working relationships with sales representatives through effective one-on-one interactions and group discussions. Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policies and applicable laws. Interview, hire, and train employees; plan, assign, and direct work. Monitor sales trends and manage accounts to identify opportunities for additional growth. Identify unmanaged accounts with growth potential and take appropriate action. Collaborate with management to develop sales tactics aligned with company goals and track sales team progress. Qualifications Minimum of 3-5 years sales experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience High school graduate or equivalent with additional coursework Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from customers and employees of the company.
