Role:

We are seeking a bilingual (Spanish/English) Cleaning Supervisor with experience in commercial cleaning. This position is responsible for leading teams, maintaining high cleaning standards, and supporting operations by assisting with cleaning when needed.

What You'll Do:

Lead and oversee cleaning staff across multiple locations Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery Train and support team members Step in to perform cleaning tasks when necessary Communicate with clients and management to ensure satisfaction

Requirements:

Fluent in Spanish and English Previous leadership experience Valid Drivers License Ability to pass a background check

Pay:

$38,000 - $50,000 per year, depending on experience
