This is a full-cycle solar sales role for motivated professionals who are ready to take ownership of their pipeline, sharpen their skills, and sharpen their skills and take ownership of their pipeline. - Uncapped commission structure with strong earning potential
- Successful sales representatives have the potential to earn $120,000-$200,000+ annually

- Generate and manage residential solar sales opportunities
- Speak directly with homeowners and build trust face-to-face
- Educate customers on solar savings, system benefits, and financing options
- Conduct consultative in-home solar sales presentations for qualified homeowners.
- Present customized solar proposals and close deals confidently
- Manage follow-ups, appointments, and pipeline activity through CRM systems
- Represent Unity Home Improvements professionally throughout the sales process What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of solar, in-home, door-to-door, or commission-based sales experience preferred (not required)
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and handling objections confidently
- Competitive, self-motivated, and performance-driven
- Reliable transportation and smartphone required
- Comfortable working outdoors and managing your own schedule
