Our blitz team operates 10 days a month, offering you the flexibility and freedom to pursue other interests during the remaining days. Travel Opportunities:

Travel with our team to exciting locations, with expenses covered. Responsibilities Ensure the success of the sales process. Self-generate leads by going door to door and following up to close deals. (Work towards having setters to set appointments for you). Explain the benefits of residential solar and manage the sales process and paperwork from start to finish. Follow up with previous leads who did not close. Maintain a professional attitude, reflecting well on yourself and the company to clients. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. Attend sales meetings and training to stay updated on the latest developments. Skills and Qualifications Proven success as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. Commitment to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences. Excellent communication, presentation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels. Ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing. Strong business sense and industry expertise. Self-driven with a passion for personal development.
