Responsibilities Conduct door-to-door outreach to introduce potential customers to solar energy solutions, emphasizing their environmental and financial benefits Build rapport with homeowners by delivering clear, engaging presentations tailored to their energy needs and lifestyle Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as GoHighLevel to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently Negotiate terms, answer questions, and address concerns confidently to close sales effectively Collaborate with marketing teams to implement local campaigns and promotional strategies that attract new prospects Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing the company in diverse neighborhoods Provide exceptional customer service by guiding clients through the sales process and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to installation Skills Proven experience in outside sales or door-to-door marketing with a passion for renewable energy or technical sales preferred Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities in multiple languages or bilingual proficiency is a plus Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM tools for managing customer interactions and sales pipelines Knowledge of solar energy systems, energy sales, or related technical products enhances your effectiveness in this role Demonstrated leadership qualities with the ability to motivate yourself and others in a fast-paced environment Exceptional customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction from initial contact through post-sale follow-up Ability to adapt quickly, handle objections professionally, and close deals confidently in diverse community settings Embark on a rewarding career that combines energetic outreach with meaningful impact!
