We are looking for motivated, outgoing, and driven Door-to-Door Solar Sales Representatives to join our team in Ontario, CA . This is a 1099 independent contractor, commission-only opportunity for individuals who want unlimited earning potential and are confident speaking with homeowners face-to-face. In this role, you will canvas neighborhoods, generate interest in residential solar, and help homeowners learn about the benefits of switching to solar using American-made solar panels . This opportunity is ideal for self-starters who are comfortable working independently, enjoy sales, and want to be rewarded based on performance. Responsibilities Canvass residential neighborhoods door-to-door Speak with homeowners about the benefits of solar energy Introduce American-made solar panel solutions Generate leads, set appointments, and/or close sales Follow up with prospects and maintain communication throughout the sales process Represent the company professionally in the field Meet personal sales goals and performance targets Qualifications Previous door-to-door, outside sales, retail sales, or solar sales experience preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Comfortable working outdoors and interacting with homeowners daily Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor Reliable transportation required Must be authorized to work in the U.S. Compensation Commission-only pay structure Uncapped commissions High income potential for motivated sales professionals Training and support provided Why Join Us Sell a high-demand product in a growing industry Flexible schedule Performance-based income with no cap Opportunity to grow with a motivated team Represent premium American-made solar products Schedule Flexible Monday to Friday Weekends as needed
