This is an entry-level, field-based role focused on connecting with homeowners, identifying roofing and solar needs, and helping drive new business. This opportunity is ideal for individuals who are competitive, motivated, and looking to build a long-term career in sales with strong earning potential. Responsibilities Prospect neighborhoods and engage directly with homeowners Canvass areas to identify roofing and solar opportunities Educate homeowners on roofing needs, energy costs, and potential savings Set qualified appointments and support the sales process Build and manage a personal pipeline of opportunities Represent the company with professionalism and strong communication Qualifications Customer service or people-facing experience required Strong interpersonal and communication skills Comfortable working in a field-based, prospecting environment Self-motivated and goal-oriented Ability to handle a variety of personalities and situations Willingness to learn and be coached Ability to commute to the Chico office daily Background in athletics, sales, or competitive environments (preferred) Compensation & Benefits On-target earnings (OTE): $90,000
