Overview:
LGCY Power is looking for highly motivated, self-driven individuals to join our direct sales team. As a Direct Seller, you will help increase solar energy awareness and generate quality leads while enjoying the flexibility of direct sales. This role is ideal for entrepreneurial candidates who excel in a fast-paced, commission-based environment.

Requirements:

Key Responsibilities:
Represent LGCY Power Increase solar energy awareness in your community Present yourself professionally and communicate product benefits effectively Engage potential customers in a door-to-door sales environment Maintain a hgh level of customer service to ensure a positive customer experience Sales & Performance Meet or exceed team sales targets Utilize industry leading technology and applications to optimize your sales efforts Administrative Tasks As a Direct Seller, you are expected to manage your customer relationships independently to ensure your success
Qualifications:
Skills & Experience:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Self-motivated, coachable, and capable of working independently Strong work ethic and positive attitude Proven ability to work under pressure and meet sales goals
Additional Requirements:
Proficiency in English Must have reliable transportation and a smartphone for effective field operations
Direct Seller Status:
In this role you will act as a Direct Seller, which requires you to work independently. You are responsible for managing your own taxes, insurance, and other benefits. Direct Sellers are not eligible for employee benefits. As such, health insurance, retirement plans, or workers compensation will not be provided by LGCY Power.
Contract Relationship:
All Direct Sellers must execute a contract with LGCY Power and acknowledge that your compensation is strictly commission based. You will have control over your schedule and will not be subject to direct supervision beyond performance expectations.
