We're growing our South Bay presence and looking for driven sales reps who are ready to earn without the wait. Responsibilities Conduct outside sales activities by visiting residential and commercial prospects door-to-door or at designated locations to promote solar energy solutions. Utilize CRM (Customer Relationship Management) software such as Buildertrend to track leads, follow-ups, and sales progress efficiently. Develop tailored proposals for clients by assessing their energy needs, explaining technical aspects of solar systems, and showcasing financial benefits. Negotiate contracts with customers, ensuring clarity on project scope, pricing, and installation timelines while maintaining a customer-first approach. Collaborate with marketing teams to implement outreach strategies that generate new leads and expand brand awareness across diverse communities. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, overcoming objections, and ensuring a smooth transition from inquiry to signed agreement. Demonstrate leadership in team settings by sharing best practices, mentoring new team members, and contributing to a positive sales environment. Experience Proven experience in outside sales or energy sales, preferably within the solar or renewable energy sectors. Strong background in marketing strategies and customer engagement techniques. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly valued to connect with diverse customer bases effectively. Familiarity with CRM software "Buildertrend" to manage client relationships efficiently. Demonstrated negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals while maintaining integrity and professionalism. Experience working door-to-door or in direct customer outreach roles is preferred.
