Responsibilities Engage with prospective customers through door-to-door outreach, outside sales, and community events to generate leads and build relationships. Present tailored solar energy solutions, clearly explaining technical features, financial benefits, and environmental impact to diverse audiences. Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively throughout the sales cycle. Negotiate contracts and financing options with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction and understanding of project scope. Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies that increase brand awareness and customer engagement. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving concerns, and guiding clients from initial interest to signed agreement. Demonstrate leadership by mentoring new team members and contributing to a positive team environment focused on achieving sales targets. Preferred Candidates Disciplined. This job avails a lot of flexibility but requires a disciplined approach to scheduling Experience in outside sales, energy sales, or technical sales, preferably within the solar or door to door fields. Strong communication skills with the ability to convey information confidently while maintaining customer satisfaction. Familiarity with CRM software such as Salesforce or other CRM platforms for managing customer relationships effectively. Experience in door-to-door sales or direct community outreach is a plus. Knowledge of marketing strategies that drive lead generation and brand recognition in competitive markets. Demonstrated leadership qualities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and team collaboration. Pay:
$80,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
