Overview Join our dynamic team as a Solar Sales Closer and become a vital driver of renewable energy solutions! In this energetic role, you will leverage your sales expertise to connect with potential customers, educate them on the benefits of solar energy, and confidently close deals that make a real difference for both clients and the environment. Your enthusiasm, negotiation skills, and customer-focused approach will help accelerate the adoption of clean energy while providing exceptional service. Duties Engage with prospective clients through outside sales efforts, including door-to-door outreach and community events, to generate interest in solar energy solutions Conduct thorough needs assessments and present tailored solar proposals to potential customers, emphasizing benefits and value propositions Utilize CRM software such as Salesforce to track leads, manage customer interactions, and follow up effectively throughout the sales process Negotiate terms and close sales by addressing customer questions, overcoming objections, and demonstrating technical knowledge of solar products and energy savings Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for outreach campaigns targeting diverse communities Maintain excellent customer service by providing clear communication, timely responses, and ongoing support during the decision-making process Lead by example in representing the company professionally at community events or sales presentations, fostering trust and credibility Requirements Proven experience in outside sales or door-to-door sales, technical sales, or related fields Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals efficiently and effectively Knowledge of solar energy systems, energy savings benefits, and renewable energy markets is preferred but not mandatory—training will be provided Excellent customer service skills with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving and relationship building Leadership qualities that inspire confidence in clients and team members alike Embark on a rewarding career path where your sales talent fuels the growth of sustainable energy solutions!
