You will be a strong fit if you: Have closed high ticket, in home deals Confidently manage conversations and objection handling Ask for the sale without hesitation Follow up consistently to drive decisions Take ownership of performance and results This role is not intended for entry level candidates or phone only sales backgrounds. About Nova NRG Nova NRG is a growing solar company serving South Florida. Unlike many companies in the industry, we do not rely on third party lead vendors or purchased appointments. We generate our own leads, qualify homeowners internally, confirm appointments, manage operations, and oversee installations through our own teams. Because we control the process from start to finish, our sales consultants work with opportunities that have been reviewed and verified before reaching their calendar. We're not looking to build the biggest sales team. We're looking to build the right sales team. What You'll Be Doing Conduct in home solar consultations with homeowners Present solar solutions in a clear and professional manner Handle objections and guide homeowners through the decision making process Manage follow ups and pipeline activity independently Communicate outcomes and next steps with the team Appointment Structure New consultants typically start with 1 to 3 qualified appointments per day As performance is demonstrated and deals begin closing consistently, appointment volume can increase to 4 to 8 appointments per day Our goal is to invest more opportunities into sales consultants who consistently convert them into results We value appointment quality and work to ensure opportunities are assigned to sales professionals who make the most of them Expectations Take full ownership of your pipeline, follow ups, and results Maintain consistent communication with leadership and operations Be available to run scheduled appointments and manage your calendar responsibly Ability and willingness to self generate opportunities when needed Stay disciplined, coachable, and focused on improving your close rate What We Provide Company generated and internally verified appointments Consistent scheduling and operational support Fast project turnaround to support confident closes Direct communication between sales, operations, and installation teams Performance focused environment with no micromanagement Compensation Top performers exceed $25,000 per month Annual earnings typically range from $150,000 to $200,000+, based on close rate and consistency Upfront advances are available to help bridge the gap between deal completion and commission payout Commissions are paid after Install completion, depending on project timeline and area This is a performance driven role where results directly impact income Requirements Proven in home closing experience Strong communication and objection handling skills Reliable transportation within South Florida Ability to manage your own schedule and follow ups High level of self discipline and accountability Apply through Indeed to begin the selection process.
