Job Description

Are you a closer or just a presenter? ProVision Solar has been the gold standard for Hawaii's energy independence since 1998. We are currently looking for one elite Sales Closer to join our Big Island team. We provide the platform, the engineering excellence, and the leads—you provide the grit and the signatures. Lead Flow:
No more "pavement pounding" without support. You will manage high-intent inbound leads and a warm database.

Pipeline:
Rapidly follow up on inbound leads and nurture your own book of business.
Consult & Close:
Conduct high-impact in-home consultations and virtual Zoom presentations.
Custom Design:
Use our tools to build tailored solar + storage solutions that actually solve homeowner problems.
Execute:
Navigate the sales cycle with precision, overcoming objections and moving prospects through the pipeline daily.
Who You Are A Finisher:
You have a proven track record of closing high-ticket items (Solar, HVAC, Roofing, or Automotive experience is a major plus).
A Local Expert:
You understand the unique energy needs and culture of the Big Island.
Tech-Savvy:
You're a CRM ninja who understands that if it isn't in the system, it didn't happen.
Relentless:
You don't wait for the phone to ring; you make things happen. Requirements Strong "Phone Game" and even stronger in-person presence. Excellent listening and presentation skills (you sell by asking the right questions). Ability to work fully in-office at our Big Island location. A competitive spirit with a "team-first" attitude.
