Relocation assistance will be provided. Our team is already established in Souther California, and we're launching our summer sales program starting May 3rd. We're currently looking to add a small group of new team members for the season. No previous sales experience is necessary—training will be provided to help you build the skills needed and introduce you to the solar industry. In this role, you'll start as a Solar Sales Setter (commission-based). Your primary responsibility is setting solar appointments door-to-door. This is the main focus at the beginning. As you gain experience and improve your performance, there will be opportunities to grow into more advanced roles. We're looking for individuals who are competitive, self-driven, and motivated to succeed.
