Job description: SolQ is a growing force in the renewable energy sector, committed to bringing sustainable solar solutions to homeowners in Illinois and beyond. We are expanding our dynamic team and looking for a key player for our door-to-door sales division. We believe in taking excellent care of our core team members, and this role is crucial to our sales success and future growth. The Role:
We are seeking a dedicated and highly experienced Door-to-Door Solar Sales person to lead results-driven team culture. You will be directly responsible for the growth, and achievement of ambitious sales targets through effective D2D strategies. This is a role focused on achieving collective success. Proven experience is necessary to be taken into consideraostreion.
Key Responsibilities:

D Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement effective D2D sales strategies and processes tailored for the Illinois market to maximize lead generation and sales conversions.
Performance Management:
Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team; rigorously monitor performance, provide consistent coaching and feedback, and report results to senior leadership.
Coaching & Field Training:
Provide hands-on coaching and mentorship, including field training and ride-alongs, to develop your team's D2D sales skills, product knowledge, and objection handling.
Culture & Motivation:
Build and maintain a positive, high-energy, and accountable team culture. Implement strategies to keep the team motivated and resilient despite the inherent challenges of D2D sales.
Territory Management:
Define and manage sales territories within the Champaign, Illinois region to ensure effective market coverage.
Compliance:
Ensure all team activities adhere to company policies and local regulations. Who We Are Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):
