Participate in local events, golf outings, and other community activities as part of your role. What you'll do Assigned neighborhoods to introduce Sun Collectors and start solar conversations. Educate homeowners on the financial and environmental benefits of solar and qualify interested prospects. Set appointments for in-depth consultations with senior solar consultants or close simple deals on-site (depending on experience). Attend regular training sessions to stay current on solar products, incentives, and best practices. Represent Sun Collectors professionally at community events, booths, and local activities. Track your leads, appointments, and results in company tools and contribute to team sales goals. What we're looking for A valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Customer service or sales experience (retail, hospitality, call center, or similar) is a plus. Excellent people skills—you're friendly, confident, and comfortable talking to strangers. Self-motivated and competitive, with a strong desire to hit goals and grow your income. Ability to work outdoors, walk door-to-door, and stay energized throughout your shift.
